Christie Anthoney is an experienced leader who works in arts, festivals, local government, education, and sustainability. Committed to the ‘profit for purpose’ sector, she has experience in senior management, artistic direction, public policy development, event delivery and strategic solutions. She has a strong commitment to social outcomes that progress creativity, support artists, generate wealth, deliver environmental benefit and develop communities. Christie is currently the Associate Director of City Culture for the City of Adelaide, lectures in Cultural Policy at Flinders University and is co-owner of a neighbourhood café in Alberton.

Berish Bilander is a composer, musician and CEO at Green Music Australia. He is dedicated to climate and social justice and working with the music industry and local environmental groups to support state and national campaigns.

Sharni Honor is the creator of award-winning travelling backyard festival series The Porch Sessions and co-director of Summertown Studio. Sharni has been working to redefine performance spaces and bring community and sustainability to the forefront of the industry.

Sydney-based artist Montaigne (born Jess Cerro) has become a major name in Aussie indie music at 25 years old. The past few years have seen her recognised for her work with multiple spots on the triple j’s Hottest 100, an ARIA award for Best Breakthrough Artist and a further nomination for Best Female Artist in 2016, plus J-Award nominations. Her debut album Glorious Heights hit the charts at #4 and her sophomore album COMPLEX was released in 2019 to rave reviews. With three national sold-out tours, Montaigne has played notable festivals like Splendour in the Grass, Lost Paradise, Woodford Folk Festival, Groovin the Moo, Party in the Paddock, Field Day and WOMADelaide, and has opened for international acts like Cindy Lauper and Blondie. Having taken out the Eurovision: Australia Decides 2020 competition with her single ‘Don’t Break Me’, Montaigne represented Australia on the world stage for the Eurovision Song Contest in 2021 with 'Technicolour'.
