FAQs for Skywhales: Every Heart Sings content

Skywhales: Every heart sings is a free dawn event on Sat 12 Mar. Held at Elder Park, it is a family friendly outdoor event. Gates will open at 5.30am for the inflation of the balloons.

Skywhales plays rain or shine.

Skywhales will be a tether event, which means that the Skywhales will be inflated but tethered to the ground. In a tether event, patrons are able to experience the Skywhales at closer proximity and for a longer time than during a flight event. While balloon inflation is always subject to weather conditions, tether events are not as affected by wind patterns that affect flight plans during flight events.

Please note: Due to the weather conditions, Skywhales has been moved to Sat 12 Mar.
